Diagnostic services are a flat $40 fee that will be waived with the purchase of any other service.

We will run a full tune up and virus removal service to get your computer running in top shape. This service is generally a flat $80 fee, however may be modified on a case by case basis.

We will perform a wide variety of set up services for your PC
New PC Setup: $100
OS Install / Fresh Start: $100 (plus any software cost)
Data Recovery (Simple): $120

Any complex or undefined services will follow an hourly fee rate.
On-site Rate: $80/hour with a 1-hour minimum.
Remote Rate: $60/hour in 15 minute increments with a 30-minute minimum.

Our standard business services include any general on-site or remote work including network troubleshooting, new workstation setup, and local server issues at a rate of $90/hour.

We will personally handle backing up your workstations and servers to ensure your data is backed up and secure daily. We will monitor these backups daily to ensure they are successful.
Per-Workstation: $15/month
Per-Server: $125/month

This service will be on a per customer basis to reserve on-call emergency hours where we will respond to your service call any time of day, any day of the week. Contact us and we will discuss a service contract that will work for your business.
